[Dropdown] Touch Scrolling Broken for Dropdown on Modal

Steps

1. Create a selection style dropdown on a modal popup
2. Add enough options to make the drop down have to scroll
3. Run the example on a mobile device or using mobile debugging tools in chrome
4. Click on on the drop down list, attempt to scroll through items using touch dragging.

Expected Result

Drop down list items scroll

Actual Result

Nothing happens

@lubber-de I will check with Fomantic 2.7 when I am back at work on Monday. However this issue may have to remain open unless the fix is merged back to Semantic?
