[Placeholder] Icon header in placeholder segment has wrong height for image icon

Steps

Copy the placeholder example from the docs (here)
Change the icon from pdf to image
Notice that the icon height isn't right

Expected Result

Height should be auto

Actual Result

Height is 100px
