Identify poorly configured and noisy alerts [Free tool] (Signoz specific)

Hello community, I was having a conversation with @pranay01 from Signoz about one of our recent releases at Doctor Droid and he mentioned that some members in the Signoz community could be interested in trying this free tool, Alert Insights. Hence, I'm sharing a brief blurb below:

tl;dr

Alert Insights is a tool that analyses your past alerts and gives recommendations on how you could reduce noise in your alerts, with a special support for analysis on Signoz-generated alerts.

What does the tool provide?

• Analysis & trends of different alerts received in the last 3 months (can also change duration to longer period).
• Alert Counts, split by service_name, API_name, DB_name or component_name (depending on the tool from where the alerts come).
• For Signoz, we are spending extra time to make sure we can extract the right labels like alertname, severity or any other tag that you attach to the alert.

How does it work?

• We have a slack bot that you can just install in the channels where you have alerts on Slack / Google chats. The bot will fetch past alerts from those channels, run our model and provide insights & summary in the dashboard.
