Upgrade keycloak-js as redirect_uri is no longer supported in Keycloak v18 #174

On Keycloak v18 with Signalen logout fails with the following message:

Invalid parameter: redirect_uri

We should update keycloak-js to support Keycloak v18.

Similar to mauriciovigolo/keycloak-angular#396
