Microchip released the source code for the RN2xx3's firmware on Github at https://github.com/MicrochipTech/RN2xx3_LORAWAN_FIRMWARE

There is now a v1.06 RC8 available in this repo. It is however in source code form and not a compile hex or bin. To compile the source one would need a license for their compiler.

It would be nice if we could follow their releases and make them available here, but we need to find someone that is able to compile it.

Thanks for the update. I have made an internal task to keep an eye out for a new release.
It currently has the tag RC, so it's still in the testing phase.
They probably will publish a file on their website when v1.06 is stable.
