401 on http://localhost:3000/mashlib.js

I'm trying the following:

git clone https://github.com/solidos/solidos
cd solidos
git checkout devcontainer

• Open the folder in VSCode, and click 'reopen in dev container'
• Opening Solid OS in a Dev Container (including all the cloning, installing, and building) takes about 15 minutes. After that you can use three terminal windows inside VSCode:
  • npm start
  • cd workspaces/solid-panes; npm run watch
  • cd workspaces/solid-panes; npm run watch
• Browse to http://localhost:3000/.account/#/password/register/ and register
• Browse to http://localhost:3000/.account/#/password/ and log in
• Create a pod, for instance 'asdf'
• Browse to http://localhost:3000/a/profile/card#me

Expected: see Solid OS
Actual: see a blank page, and in the browser dev tools, a 401 response for http://localhost:3000/mashlib.js

I don't think this is related to the use of the dev container.

npx lerna bootstrap --force-local doesn't seem to fix it.
