Add a new flag to support plugin Residence

Is it possible that flightcontrol support the residence plugin with a new flag "flight"?
Therefore, players who has the flag of "flight is trusted to fly in the residece.

I have using another plugin called Quickshop. It can also work with residence plugin. Player needs to have a flag(quickshop-create) that is provided by Quickshop to create shop in the residence.
I think that Flightcontrol can do this in the similar way.
