with general ref https://allensdk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/visual_coding_neuropixels.html:

install allensdk (python library to download data), meaning installing python anaconda, etc.
run example notebook https://allensdk.readthedocs.io/en/latest/_static/examples/nb/ecephys_quickstart.html to retrieve spike trains and stimuli types
check other possible sessions
