Describe the issue
Caching could help with various issues such as #275 and general performance improvements.
See if API Gateway has any features and if their cost is reasonable.
Caching layer likely will exist b/w Lambda and DynamoDB.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Investigate options for caching
  • Weigh trade-offs and choose one to proceed
  • Implement to Prod
