Extend LC0051 to .Validate() method

Thinking of extend the existing LC0051 rule, to also raise a diagnostic on the example below.

Are there exceptions which we need to consider here?

        MyTable.Validate(MyField, MyText); // Raise a diagnostic on the MyText variable, which can cause a possible overflow from Text[30] to Text[20]

+1 Just fixed a bug in one of our apps because of this validation error.

Sidenote: MyText might be smaller than MyTable.MyField, which is ok. Warning must only be raised if it exceeds the length.

Guess this one might raise a ton of warnings in our apps :(
