I wonder if the elastix can be used in windows 11. It seems doesn't work, but I can't find any problems here. It stops at "sampling gradients". I am waiting for the answer.

Thank you for your question @tongxinyu22. I did not yet know about this problem. Which version of elastix did you use? Did you run the executable? If so, can you run:

elastix.exe --extended-version

And then please share the output here?

Thanks for your kind response! Here is the output.
C:\Users\Administrator>elastix.exe --extended-version
elastix version: 5.1.0
Git revision SHA: d652938
Git revision date: Thu Jan 12 14:20:18 2023 +0100
Build date: Jan 12 2023 13:52:33
Compiler: Visual C++ version 192930147.0
Memory address size: 64-bit
CMake version: 3.18.3
ITK version: 5.3.0

When I try to use it, it shut down after these sentences:
Elastix initialization of all components (for this resolution) took: 5 ms.
Initialization of PCAMetric metric took: 28 ms.
Starting automatic parameter estimation for AdaptiveStochasticGradientDescent ...
Computing JacobianTerms ...
Computing the Jacobian terms took 0.029205s
NumberOfGradientMeasurements to estimate sigma_i: 2
Sampling gradients ...

Thank you very much! I am looking forward your response.

Thanks for the extra information! Would it be possible for you to try out a more recent version, which is still not officially released?

When you are logged in in GitHub (as I think you are), you may find a newer version at:

https://github.com/SuperElastix/elastix/actions/runs/9892425177

Scroll down, below "Artifacts", there is a windows-2022 zip file that you may try. Direct link:
https://github.com/SuperElastix/elastix/actions/runs/9892425177/artifacts/1691242239

It should have elastix.exe and some other files. Make sure you place them all together in the same directory (especially the exe files and the dll)!

What a pity. The elastix still not work after using the "windows-2022 zip file". I will appreciate that if there can be some other solutions.
