Hum, if you use ApiTestCase from @lchrusciel, this value should be 4.

You right, but if I see correctly it's not in PluginSkeleton by default. Hovewer the same problem is on Sylius/Sylius so we can add there:
[tests/Api/Responses/**/*.json]
indent_size = 4
Or we can use 4 spaces indentation everywhere for JSON files.
