Select filtered does not deselect previous selection

This issue is related to #17.
When multiple items are selected in a feature table (e.g. isoform table), then a filter is applied to hide some elements and finally "select > filtered" is clicked. The all filtered elements are added to the selection but those elements not visible but part of the previous selection are not deselected.
