Monitor Feature Request

Is it possible to add in a feature to monitor a list of twitch streamers to see if they go live and when they do, it could trigger a streamlink record to file and after the stream ends, the VOD chat is processed?

I've been looking for a solution to the upcoming TwitchCon happening in April where multiple streamers will be streaming at the same time and it won't be possible to view them all at once, and with copyrighted music playing, part of the VODs get muted and you miss out on a bit.

Would something like a streamlink and chat text log downloader be possible and maybe using mpv (crossplatform) and having it sync up with a log viewer with twitch chat styling, so scrubbing the video would sync chat up?
