Can't make START examples work

In particular /start-basic-auth and /start-trellaux currently after pnpm i -> dev on Node 20 and 22 in MacOs give both:

Error [ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND]: Cannot find module '.../tanstack/router/examples/react/start-basic-auth/node_modules/@tanstack/start/dist/esm/config/index.js' imported from .../tanstack/router/examples/react/start-basic-auth/app.config.timestamp_1736443951602.js

And fail while creating the aforementioned file in the working dir.

And more general question - I wonder how ready is the Start for any real (even if small pet) project?

did you clone the whole router repo and try to run the examples inside of the monorepo?
if yes, you need to first build the repo via pnpm build
