OnRendered script tag always rendered

Since v1.98.1, the OnRendered and ScrollRestoration elements are rendered with the root route, with no way of opting out. This means there is always an empty script tag rendered as a part of the dom. Are there any plans to allow us to opt out of rendering these elements? I believe we previously had agency over where we placed the <ScrollRestoration />?

as of https://github.com/TanStack/router/releases/tag/v1.106.0 the empty script tag will not be rendered anymore in case you do not enable scroll restoration
