Description

Hello II Team, adding another task to your mountain... 😄

Programmable speaker does not play sounds if out of listening range. If I send a data packet to play a song on a speaker far away and then walk up to it, no sound is playing.

This does not happen with the alarm siren. I am able to walk towards it and begin hearing the alarm sound.

Side

Client

Reproduction

  1. make simple prog. speaker circuit to send a song to the speaker (e.g. minecraft:music.menu)
  2. connect to speaker farther than maximum listening distance
  3. Send packet to play sound
  4. walk closer to speaker
  5. silence...
  6. continue walking to speaker until you bump into pole supporting it
  7. silence...

Expected Behaviour

The speaker works like the alarm siren and the playing song can be heard.

@Avalon2106 check if this still occurs, if so - try to fix it.
