[Bug] Create goggles not curio/bauble

Error Behaviour

Due to the working version of create in this modpack, you cannot put the create goggles in the curio/bauble head slot like you can in more updated versions.

Expected Behaviour

The goggles should have support for the head curio slot, which still makes complete spatial sense. I understand if this is left as it is for balancing reasons and will respect the decision, even if I disagree with needing to micromanage armor pieces between automation tasks.

Reproduce

Try placing opening the curio menu and placing the goggles in the head slot. Or try shift clicking it in there.
