Add play, pause, next video and previous video buttons to android 13 media notification

Feature description

The media notification should include the play/pause, next video and previous video buttons as seen in the image below(app is auxio):

Currently it is like this:

Why do you want this feature?

It would allow me to control the played media without having to open the phone/app, and keep it playing in the background.
