BeatBump is a YT Music front end. https://github.com/snuffyDev/Beatbump

Is it possible to support BeatBump?

@litetex Will #833 enable adding this, since YT and YT Music are essentially the same service with different front-ends?

I think there's some minor differences that's down to the searching and radio playlists.

I'm also not sure is BeatBump has an Invidious compatible api.

It's not the Invidious part, but the "making YT proxyable/pluggable" part that I was referring to.

YT Music front end

When it's just a frontend with no backend we can't support it because we have nothing we can communicate with.

@litetex Will #833 enable adding this, since YT and YT Music are essentially the same service with different front-ends?

In theory - if they have a backend-service - yes.
However as they don't seem to have an official/stable documented API, the service only covers YT-music (not YT itself) and the popularity is relatively small I don't think that support for this should be added in the near future.

They're rewriting the project, anyway, so it will take time for the API (if any) to stabilise.
