发生了什么(What happened):
部署新应用上传文件时，500错误，页面还是正在上传且没有提示

期望是什么(What you expected to happen):
提示错误并且可以再次上传

如何复现(How to reproduce it):
磁盘空间不足导致上传失败

相关的日志详情(访问日志及应用日志: paas.log/#.log/esb.log/esb_api.log)和截图等(Log & Screenshot):

已确认, 加入迭代规划待修复
