[Bug] Missing link to linked cases from observable details view

Problem Description

Normally in the observable details view there is a list oc linked cases. In TheHive 3.4 when you click on the list element you are redirected to said case. In Thehive 4.0 there is no link, or the href is empty or the js code that should detect the item click is not registering.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two cases with same observable
2. Cases are linked but list on the observable details view does not contain redirection links/hrefs
3. Click the link

This seems to be working correctly. It has probably already been fixed

@nadouani I suspect it might have been this one: #1567 but it was created two months later.
