Description

At the moment the revision delete dialog claims it will "preserve the revision metadata".

However, deleting a revision (at least via the web interface) deletes the metadata too.

@FliegendeWurst , is there any reason we should preserve the metadata?

I'm trying to figure out if the solution is to simply reformulate the message or see what's up with that metadata.

I don't really need it.
Though I could imagine that there are users that have large notes with many revisions, who would like to keep the metadata whilst saving space by deleting revision contents.

Behaviour seems to be in line with @zadam 's 0.63.7.

Since I don't see much benefit in changing the behavior now, we are only going to rephrase the message.
