Binaries

As of v2.1.16 (and pull request #192) node-sqlite3 now defaults to installing a pre-built binary of node_sqlite3.node (with a statically link libsqlite3) when available.

Binaries are versioned based on the node version, platform, and architecture. Given this amounts to a lot of variants we have not yet created binaries for all possible combinations.

The node versioning is not based on node's semver string but rather the usually less frequently changing C++ ABI number. This is available in javascript process.versions.modules as of >= v0.10.4 >= v0.11.7
