Add the scenario index to the operational variables

Description

For the uncertainty feature developments, we need the scenario index. This scenario index will be only on the operational variables (e.g., flows, storage levels, unit commitment, is_charging, etc), the investment and decommission variables remain the same.

We need also data depending on the scenario index. For example, the profiles. Discuss which other parameters should depend on the scenario index.

The scenarios have a probability as input data. This should be a new table in the connection.

Validation and testing

Create a new test case study with a couple of scenarios to test the .lp file and check the new constraints.
