Provide more information with pop-ups for row/column labels in paradigms

Adapting from what we have in old itwêwina, we would want to provide additional information for the row/column labels in the paradigms.

The information needed can be extracted from crk.altlabel.tsv.

For now, we would want to present the long linguistic feature corresponding to the plain English label used in the TSV file.

Eventually, we would want to allow the user to select what they prefer as the primary and secondary labels (in pop-ups).
