As mentioned in this comment we need to update the Home Office plugin instructions.

Under "Header, footer and page background"

  • Change {% extends "govuk-prototype-kit/layouts/main.html" %} to {% extends "govuk-prototype-kit/layouts/govuk-branded.njk" %}
