As @iferencik suggest, we maybe can use data of relative wealth index from https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/catalog/sedac-ciesin-sedac-pmp-grdi-2010-2020-1.00

so the resolution of RWI is 2.4 km and need to make sure we have it at this res

@iferencik looks like current RWI data is from https://dataforgood.facebook.com/dfg/tools/relative-wealth-index. is that correct? Do you have scripts to generate raster from these CSVs? we need to regenrate this RWI data in correct resolution of 2.4km (not 25km)
