Pagination: Items per page

If there are 45 records and if we choose 50 items per page it shows all the 45 records but the pagination header disappears .There is no way to go back to other options like 10 per page,5 per page etc other than to refresh the page. Please find the attached reference(Quick start reference: The total number of records in the example are 77 and I chose 100 per page as we want all the records in a single view).
