[BUG REPORT]: Logout after refresh

Steps To Reproduce

Log in
Visit a project.
Press the refresh button in your browser, the UI is logged out.
Then can press login again and logged back in without CAC entry

Expected behavior

pressing refresh would refresh the page while the user remained logged in. It did this previous to the current update

Actual behavior

User logged out.

• OS: Win 11
• Browser Microsoft Edge
• Version 131

Unfortunately this is a known issue that effects many projects across CWBI. Once other prioritized tickets are completed, we will need to work with CWBI to understand where this issue originates from (Keycloak server or client), since this issue is only present when deployed, and not locally.
