Data Visualization - Separate Plot Viewports by Parameter

Starting with the just the explorer page:

Split graphs based on selected instrument measurement parameter. Essentially, if the user were to select a measurement that uses feet and another that uses volts, we would want two graphs where the y-axis specified the correct units of measurement for it.

If there are two (or more) measurements that utilize the same parameter, those two can reside in the same graph.
