Make models artifacts on HuggingFace adhere to conventional structure

Models artifacts on HuggingFace should adhere to a more conventional structure including serialized model binary and json config files

Motivation

This would allow to directly the deploy the models as HuggingFace predictors and serve them in an endpoint. This allows to start experimentation/testing faster.

Alternatives

Creating a new HF space including the requested artifacts, which would not be practical

Additional context

The end goal is to deploy comet within Amazon Sagemaker
