Code Example

function f() {
  try {
    $a = 100;
  } catch (Exception $e) {
    echo $e->getMessage();
  } finally {
    echo $a;
  }
}

Actual Behavior

<critical> ERROR   undefined: Undefined variable: a at ...
    echo $a;
         ^^

Expected Behavior

No error.
