Cursor doesn't stay in the same row when moving up/down when there's tabs in the middle of the line #8108

Describe the bug
When there's tabs to align text, going up/down causes the cursor to change columns

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Have any text that uses tab to align, ex:
h		-> H
continue	-> CONTINUE
  1. Put the cursor in the tabs
  2. Move cursor Up/Down

Expected behavior
Cursor to stay in the same column
