This happens to my one mesh node if the integration is not disabled (at periods of a multiple of 30 sec like 2:30):
All the clients attached to the node are lost also, and this is reflected on the router GUI.
I thought this was a firmware issue, and I went back & forth with Asus who ultimately sent the current beta firmware listed below. The mesh node problem remains, but the beta did fix the problem referenced elsewhere with the dashboard connected clients not matching the network map page.
Your device model
ROG GT-6
Firmware type
Stock
Firmware version
3.0.0.4.388_25133-g27bb2a9
Integration version with the issue
0.34.0
Method of the integration installation
HACS
What version and type of Home Assistant installation do you use
2024.10.2
Is there anything useful in the logs?
nothing relevant
Diagnostics information
I'll try to figure this out
Additional information
The GT-6 comes as a pre-paired mesh package; there's no option to set up the main router in repeater mode. I've tried factory resetting both nodes, putting them close to each other, and reversing the node/router role- nothing changes the behavior.

Sorry to hear, that you are having such an issue with the integration. Can you please check and let me know the following:
Do you connect only the main one to AsusRouter in a router mode or do you connect the node as a separate instance as well (and in which mode)?
If this is happening in multiples of 30 sec (which is the default for sensor updates), can you please try changing the sensors' update times one by one and try to find which group (endpoint) is the issue? In the integration configs operation mode select the enable per-sensor intervals and then in the update intervals change the values one by one. I know that this might take a while, but it can help to find the reason for such strange behaviour. I suggest setting each update time to e.g. 23 or 27 sec instead of 30 - you should be able to notice when the period of node disconnections will change.
Thanks for the help!
I only have one instance of the integration connected in router mode.
I went through and changed all the update intervals to 23 sec with no change in the disconnection intervals. Then I set them all to 600 sec- also no change.
FWIW I also unchecked all interface monitoring boxes.
