Pre-release 12.1 no x64 build for Windows?

Unless the only builds are 64 bit builds...

12.0 has .exe, arm64.exe and x64.exe for Windows.

12.1 has .exe only - is this x64?

Looking at the compare between 12.1 and 2.0, in vue.config.js, I see changes in lines 11 (dropped artifact name) and 40 (dropped arm64), so I'm assuming this is true, just want confirmation.
