SO THAT I don't have to repeat the command multiple times

Acceptance Criteria

GIVEN I am a bot admin
WHEN I run /give card <card> [quantity=1]
THEN I will be given [quantity] amount of the card id <card>

Subtasks

  • Add optional parameter
  • Use parameter to give quantities
  • Update tests
