Migration to new GitHub Projects

As you might know, GitHub as introduced a new system for project management, which is replacing the old classic project boards. Because of this I am going to be migrating my projects to use this.

Along with this are the following changes will be made to my repositories:

• All issues will be moved into a project once I have a plan to work on it (i.e. i have a planned release for it)
• Version numbers will be moved from the milestones to a custom field inside of the project
• Sprints will be handled by the github projects iteration features
• Epics will be handled by the milestones
