Importing publication from GND

GND Records such as

could be imported for scholars that have a gnd record such as:
https://scholia.toolforge.org/author/Q130631649
https://portal.dnb.de/opac.htm?method=simpleSearch&cqlMode=true&query=nid%3D1189622025

Describe the solution you'd like
Assuming there is such a solution out there somewhere e.g. as part of the GND bots i assume there might be some chance of reuse or refactoring.
A command line tool would do for a start even if it only would convert RDF to Quickstatements.
