Is https://scholia.readthedocs.io still used? If so, the workflow (https://github.com/WDscholia/scholia/blob/master/.readthedocs.yml) needs to be updated to a more recent Ubuntu version (ubuntu-22.04, ubuntu-24.04 or ubuntu-latest) before April 1st.
