I see the following error after launching.

[Err] [Plugin.hh:178] Failed to load plugin libdvrk_plugin.so: libdvrk_plugin.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

From JHU's repo https://github.com/jhu-dvrk/dvrk-ros I see that dv_gazebo_plugins directory is mentioned, but doesn't appear to be included anymore. Is this perhaps a missing dependency expected from that?

This was an issue with not setting the environment variable for Gazebo: GAZEBO_PLUGIN_PATH
