get nothing running the paddle model #251

I run the demo according to the document:
python tools/infer.py -c $configpath --infer_img=$imagepath -o weights=$modelpath

configpath and modelpath are downloaded from:
https://paddledet.bj.bcebos.com/models/solov2_r50_fpn_3x_coco.pdparams
https://github.com/PaddlePaddle/PaddleDetection/tree/release/2.2/configs/solov2/solov2_r50_fpn_3x_coco.yml

the output results in nothing, the segm matrix in result are all value 1, and the output image is still the raw image.
