Hi @jlloyd-widen ,

I have a bad feeling there was a breaking change in the bump to the latest Meltano SDK version. I appear to be having authentication issues with the latest release of the tap.

I am doing further analysis to verify this. Just raising this now in case someone else is seeing this issue.

If there are issues, pin to the prior released version.

Unfortunately I have confirmed that the moving from the Meltano SDK 0.33 to 0.40.0 has a breaking change for tap-rest-api-msdk.

Yet to confirm the issue but wonder if it is related to this change here meltano/sdk#2596 . I know the authentication works with setting the auth_headers and auth_parms. Will need to diagnose the issue.

Hoping it is a small adjustment required if this is the issue.
