Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As An ACT Overlay User I'd like to record Rotation Phases ingame

Describe the solution you'd like
ACT Overlay has a tab 'New'
pressing new will open the Rotation builder window in overlay (w/o new/try options but only save )
instead of lstening for clicks, listen to log output for determination of activated skill

Describe alternatives you've considered
None
