New MN Code - Not Show INSTANCE_NAME from .env on Stats Page #588

There appears to be an issue with the latest MN v1.6.0 code that started within the past 2 weeks:

The MN Name INSTANCE_NAME from the .env file will not show on the MN stats page. Instead, it shows the (Wallet Address) - (IP Address) on the MN Stats page. I have tested this issue and it occurs on both a MN upgrade using upgrade.sh AND also on a fresh new installation.

I also noticed that on a Fresh Install, it no longer creates the coinbase.txt file as the older versions did.
