Hi, thanks for reporting this.
I realized of this problem a while ago and committed the include, but in the unstable branch (sorry, my bad).
The unstable branch is quite stable now, but is not fully tested yet. So I think I'll just push the include to master in a different commit than the one of the unstable branch (so there will eventually appear 2 commits of the same file, but well, shit happens), because merging unstable to master may be a little risky without further testing.
If you can't wait till I get home in some 13 hours you can just take from there the include, or or aghl.ru forums I believe.
Also I haven't tried to compile it with AMXX 1.9. I would like to finish the feature I was working on in my local, test some stuff and merge unstable to master before trying AMXX 1.9 and testing it.
