使用方法：
编译：自行配置GDAL环境和CUDA
直接运行： bin目录内为可执行文件，在STARFM.exe目录下打开终端，输入：./STARFM.exe starfm.txt cpu。或者将cpu改成gpu
starfm.txt为该算法的一些参数，详见论文
