Hi, I found that there is a bug existing in the velovi tutorial:
I think the input should not be a tutorial, so I check "ext_uncertainty_df",
and it is a tuple, but its 1st term is a dataframe.
So I think the code to generate uncertainty should be:
for c in ext_uncertainty_df[0].columns: adata.obs[c + "_extrinisic"] = np.log10(ext_uncertainty_df[0][c].values)
Based on this approach, I can generate the uncertainty plot.
