new mac air, yubikey/openssh

I'm using brew install ssh. Is there a clean solution for the following problem:

Enter passphrase for PKCS#11:
Could not add card "/usr/local/lib/libykcs11.dylib": agent refused operation```

Also: When I install yubikey-arm installer, where is the yubikey executable on the filesystem? I'm currently using the brew install yubico-piv-tool - is that the right thing to do?

When installing from the official Mac installer provided here[1], the executable is installed in /usr/local/bin. Yubico does not provide the recipe for brew so I'm not sure how up to date that version is.

Thanks. I can make fido work for ssh. Not sure if I should still keep trying piv? any suggestions?
