Doesn't recognize all TVs when I try and cast #200

Brief summary

It only lists about half the TVs in my household. I was able to cast to the TV in my room last night, but when I tried to this morning it doesnt show up. I don't think it's an issue on my TV or phones end, I can cast from other apps.

I currently do not have the cast enabled tv for testing, which is why there are issues.
